The hotel is in downtown, so not a great choice for family vacation. They view is only parking garage! They don’t have parking! You have to park by yourself in a nearby paid parking place from which you have to walk back to hotel which is very inconvenient during winter. They were very reluctant about the free breakfast. The shelves were out for many items, such as they had cereal but not milk; had pancake batter, not maple syrup !

This hotel was recommended to me for work purposes as it was walking distance to the courthouse. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I loved have the breakfast option every morning. My room was quiet and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall, it was a great experience. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast choices were fairly standard but the pancake machine was a nice touch other hotels do not have. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very close to Baird center (about a 15 min walk).

Having to request linen change and if that is the policy, advise guests upon checking in. Don't assume all guest are returning guest. Yes, it's located downtown but having to pay for parking as well.

It was a nice stay and a great location... especially with the bikes available through the Bike Share program nearby at PNC Bank. Gloria who was working the night shift was very helpful. For breakfast they have a toaster that only toasts one side of the bread. I mentioned this to quite a few workers who did not seem to have much concern to get a new one or even a couple toasters as one toaster that only toasts half side of the bread for the whole hotel is not enough. Come on Holiday Inn Express splurge on a toaster. You can get a beautiful one on Amazon for probably 30 bucks.

The staff was very friendly and helpful for an early check-in as our group with arriving at multiple times. The rooms were very spacious, in good shape and clean. Breakfast was a lovely bonus. I felt the location was perfect.
